More disaster brought on from the Bush years of yee-haw philosophy on the environment. I'm so sick of conservatives who worry about spending and yet approve of poisoning our drinking water, which will lead to huge health care costs in the future.
Since health care for an aging population is where most of the cost explosion in the budget will be in the future, doesn't it make sense to regulate environmental protection that will save on those costs?
Maybe conservatives are just so stupid after years of watching Faux News that they think radioactivity in their drinking water is a good thing.

Quigley, who left last month as secretary of Pennsylvania’s Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. “In shifting away from coal and toward natural gas, we’re trying for cleaner air, but we’re producing massive amounts of toxic wastewater with salts and naturally occurring radioactive materials, and it’s not clear we have a plan for properly handling this waste.”"
